Please note:

• Payment is required prior to despatch
• There is a minimum mail order value of £5.00
• Prices include VAT unless otherwise indicated

Delivery charges

We believe that getting the item to you quickly and safely is as important to us as the sale.

Delivery charges are as follows (weights are consignment weights):

• Order value over £250: Free (UK Mainland only)
• Orders under 1Kg: £5.50 (by Courier)
• Orders under 10Kg: £10.00 (by Courier)
• Orders over 10Kg: £10.00 + 50p/kg extra (by Courier)

There are delivery service surcharges as follows:

• Before Noon Delivery: £7.50
• Saturday Delivery: £25.00

Important notes regarding the Courier Service:

• As the courier will not leave goods at a neighbouring address a 'Day Time' delivery address is preferred.
• Unless an alternative service is requested, delivery prices are UK Mainland on a 'Next Working Day' service before 3.00pm. Some destinations in the north of Scotland may take an extra day.
• Unless a 'Saturday Service' is requested, Friday shipments are delivered on Monday.
• Please call for non-mainland delivery charges.

Our obligation to you

Action Trophies & Tees will endeavour to supply goods as illustrated. However, in case of stock shortages, there may be times when an alternative product of similar design is substituted. In the event of an unsatisfactory item being received we will refund or replace the item upon it's return. Should you receive a damaged or missing item from your order, please call us immediately and we will aim to resolve the issue. Your statutory rights are not affected.
